• Contact and account details: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number if you give it.
• Orders and subscriptions: what you bought, your plan, renewal dates, gift details you enter (such as a recipient's name, email and message), and your messages with us.
• Payment details: payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number.
• Email preferences: whether you've signed up for our emails, and when.
• Device and browsing details: your IP address, browser, device, the pages you visit and how you use our site, collected through cookies and similar tools.

• To take your order, charge renewals, ship your boxes and answer your questions.
• To send order, shipping and account emails.
• To send marketing emails if you've signed up. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• To understand how our site is used and make it better.
• To prevent fraud and keep our site secure.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations.

We share information only with the companies that help us run Wild Woman Box, and only so they can do that work for us:

• Subbly runs our store, checkout and customer accounts.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Klaviyo sends our emails and runs our sign-up forms.
• Shipping carriers and label services deliver your boxes.

We don't sell your personal information. If we run ads, advertising partners such as Meta or Google may use cookies to show our ads and measure them.

Our site uses cookies to keep your cart, remember your choices, show our email sign-up form at the right time, and understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site, such as the cart, may not work without them.

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails any time with the link in any email.
• Ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing customerservice@wildwomanbox.com. We'll answer within 30 days. We may keep order records we need for taxes and accounting.
• Residents of California and other states with privacy laws, and visitors from outside the US, can use the same email for the rights their laws give them.

We keep your information while you're a customer and as long as we need it for orders, taxes and accounting, then delete or anonymize it.

Our site and boxes are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
