TERMS OF SERVICE

• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Month to Month renews on the 15th of every month. The 3, 6 and 12 Month Prepay plans are paid up front and renew for the same length at that plan's price.
• By subscribing, you allow us to charge your card on file on each renewal date.
• Your first box ships within 2 business days of your order. After that, boxes ship on the 5th of every month.
• If a renewal payment doesn't go through, nothing more ships until it's paid. You can update your card in your account any time.

You can cancel any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals. On a prepaid plan, every box you've already paid for still ships through the end of your plan.

Our refund policy is on our Subscribe page. In short: a Month to Month box can be refunded if you cancel before it ships; prepaid plans and shipped orders can't be refunded; and if something arrives damaged or wrong, we'll make it right.

Gift subscriptions are billed to the buyer. They renew like any subscription unless renewal is turned off at checkout. The buyer manages the gift, including cancelling it.

Prices are shown on our site in US dollars and may change. A price change never affects a payment already made, and we'll tell subscribers before a change reaches their renewal. We charge sales tax where required, currently on orders shipping to Florida, and it's shown at checkout. We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Please keep your shipping address current. Address changes must be made by the 1st of the month. If a box comes back to us because of an address problem, we'll send it again, and we may ask you to cover the extra shipping.

Boxes change every month, and products may differ from photos. Our boxes include outdoor gear, snacks and body care products made by other companies. Please read each product's label, ingredients and instructions before you use it, especially if you have allergies or sensitivities, and use gear safely and within your own limits. Outdoor activities carry risk, and you take part at your own risk.

Keep your login details private. You're responsible for what happens in your account.

The text, photos, logos and designs on this site belong to Wild Woman Box or the people who license them to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.

We work hard to keep the site running and the information on it correct, but we can't promise it will always be available or error free. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law doesn't let us limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply to orders placed after that date.
